These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the relationship between ck144 (hereinafter referred to as "ck144", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "User", "you" or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the ck144 online casino and sports betting platform available at https://ck144.io and any of its associated subdomains, mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by ck144, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not create or continue to operate a ck144 player account.

To be eligible to register and use the ck144 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ck144 strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under the age of 21. ck144 may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the player's age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

• You are of sound mind, acting voluntarily, and are not using funds that are required for essential personal or household expenses.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of ck144, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from, or had an account suspended by, ck144 for any reason.

ck144 reserves the right to refuse registration to any person at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

To access the full range of ck144's services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ck144 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. ck144 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ck144 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck144 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time ck144 deems necessary:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad or Rocket account registered in your name)

ck144 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification documents have been received and approved. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account closure.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ck144 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and select domestic bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the player's account verification status. Deposits are credited to your ck144 wallet in real time in most cases; delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside ck144's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per request.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• ck144 aims to process approved withdrawals within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional security checks required.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits and withdrawals on the ck144 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ck144 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Foreign currency transactions are not accepted.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

ck144 employs automated and manual fraud detection on all financial transactions. Any deposit that is charged back, reversed or otherwise disputed by the sending financial institution will result in the immediate suspension of the associated ck144 account pending investigation. Any winnings derived from a disputed deposit may be voided.

From time to time, ck144 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives to new and existing players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of this Agreement.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have satisfied all applicable eligibility criteria.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address or device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Specific wagering multipliers are stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• ck144 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• In the event of conflicting terms between a general bonus rule and a promotion-specific rule, the promotion-specific rule takes precedence.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ck144 monitors all accounts for patterns of bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, exploiting errors in bonus terms, and collusion between players to abuse promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, ck144 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and related winnings and to close the offending account permanently.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the ck144 Platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international fixtures), football, kabaddi and all other sports markets offered from time to time.

6.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted only when confirmed by the ck144 system and a bet reference number has been issued. A bet slip that has been submitted but not yet confirmed due to connectivity issues or system errors does not constitute an accepted bet. Players are responsible for verifying that their bets have been successfully placed and accepted before the start of the relevant event.

6.2 Odds & Prices

ck144 reserves the right to correct any odds that have been published in error, including obvious errors (also known as "palpable errors"). Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be voided or settled at the correct odds at ck144's sole discretion. ck144 will notify affected players in such cases.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of an event (wickets, stoppages, review decisions). ck144 will endeavour to keep suspension periods to a minimum but accepts no liability for losses arising from market suspensions beyond its control.

6.4 Bet Cancellation & Voidance

ck144 may void bets in the following circumstances: abandonment or cancellation of an event, force majeure, match fixing, palpable errors, or any other circumstance where settlement cannot be conducted fairly. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.5 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits per event and per market may apply. Players are advised to check the applicable limits before placing high-value bets. Where a payout would exceed the stated maximum, winnings will be capped at that limit.

7.1 Random Number Generation

7.2 Live Dealer Games

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, ck144 reserves the right to void the affected round. ck144 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical issues caused by a player's own hardware, software or internet connection.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ck144 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings and permanent account closure. ck144 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, process fraudulent payment transactions or engage in any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one player account for any purpose, including bonus farming, is prohibited. All accounts beyond the first will be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker and live table games, is prohibited.
• Use of Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing and Insider Information: Placing bets based on advance knowledge of a fixed or corrupted sporting outcome is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately exploiting obvious pricing errors, software bugs or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards ck144 staff, support agents or other players is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

ck144 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. ck144 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered players and operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling.

9.1 Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ck144 players directly from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum session duration after which you will receive an automatic notification prompting you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to deposit or place bets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, sell or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ck144.

The ck144 brand name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of ck144. Unauthorised use of any ck144 trademark is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck144 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if ck144 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the above, ck144's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ck144 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

ck144 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. ck144 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.

ck144 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ck144 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data during transmission and storage. ck144 will not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of account verification (KYC), fraud prevention, payment processing and legal compliance. All third-party processors engaged by ck144 are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 3.

14.2 Formal Disputes

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
